Who can delete the erroneous DNA Test on Fuller-13 profile? [closed]

The DNA Tested section of Edward Fuller-13 profile needs to be deleted. There is no way he could have taken a DNA test in his lifetime (1575-1621).

There has been a comment to this effect on the profile since 19 Aug 2017.

According to the DNA Test Misplaced category page, only one of the profile's managers can delete it.

Thanks, Lindy

Maybe one of them will see this question.

Thank you Kay. Could you say how you did it? I have no idea how.
Thank you Kay. Best answer!
Thanks, Kay.

Jillaine, you can click "DNA" on the profile's pull-down menu and then select the "DNA Tests" button.

I just queried the listed Gedmatch number and got this note:  Kit number A184842 not found in public DNA database.

The project is project protected. So the project will need to take care of this.

Some additional information:

* The GEDmatch kit ID of A184842 is not valid, GEDmatch says "ERROR: Kit A184842 not found"

* Perhaps someone could respectfully instruct Sue Davis in how this should be handled.  She has mistakenly added A184842 as a kit for both Edward Fuller (1575-1621) and Eunice Lyon (1701 - 1737).  Both profiles have a note from Ellen Smith indicating a faulty kit and impossible tester.  Eunice is managed solely by Sue Davis, Ed is managed by Sue and others.

* What's bad is that Ed Fuller and Eunice Lyon are related to quite a few people, clear back to Thomas Saxby (1450 - 1500) and Sir John "5th Baron Scrope of Bolton" le Scrope KG (1435 - 1498).  A Google search seems to indicate about 3530 profiles have that A184842 kit listed, apparently with either Ed or Eunice (I certainly didn't check them all, but I couldn't find any others).  If this kit is removed from both Ed and Eunice, that *should* shortly clear up all 3530 profiles.

* Ed's profile is "Project Protected", but has a number of other profile managers that could be approached.  The Eunice Lyon profile does not appear to be protected, so perhaps someone with more powers could remove the DNA test.  (if Sue Davis is unreachable or unwilling.)

It looks like Sue Davis added the information. Maybe she knows who was actually tested. You should email her and explain the situation. Have her move it to the appropriate person.
