DNA testing to an inmate?

I received this photo from a cousin of mine. My parents and I were visiting and the older one was showing me her photo albums since she knew I was into Genealogy. I fell in love with this photo and she gave it to me. I believe her last name was a Fornash, and she didn't know anyone in the picture. There are both Wine's and Forinash's in the photo.

In the My WikiTree menu, click on Contributions near the top. Photo additions are easy to spot in the resulting list.
