Wouldn't these "Family Search sources" that were recently added by another person be considered the same source?

I think they have added sources that are easily accessible to everyone. They link directly to the documents that appear to support your information.

Since your citations don't have a Source and don't tell me what they contained I can't tell you if the newly added ones are duplicate records or not.

It is up to you as PM to review them, if you feel they are not correct or a duplicate you may remove them.

Have a look at this wikitree help page on Sources, should help you with your citations.

The first is the marriage of Jonathan and Sarah. The next two are birth and death of a son.

The full family search citation was added.  Full citation should be included so others can verify the information.

The initial 3 items in the Sources have the same year, which is not correct because the person could not be born, married and died in same year, but that is what the 'title' states for the marriage in the citation.

The full citation for Births and Deaths that was added is for a child of the person, so those do not appear to be a duplicate.  Since the earlier ones have limited information, it is hard to know how, what or where they refer to.

Those 1st 3 sources in the profile without full citation are in the family search profile L5BM-52B.  It illustrates a problem that we have with many of the states in New England, where a Marriage is shown in a source called Births or Deaths.  Births are included in Deaths source, also.  Something is wrong in many Collection titles on Family Search.
