Jane Wilson was born 1759. She married Daniel McKisick. During the Revolutionary War, her husband was left for dead due to an injury on the battlefield about ten miles from their home. When she was told, she went to the battle field and searched for him. She found him and saved him. Jane passed away 1844 and is buried in Centerton, Benton, Arkansas.[1]
