Rebecca Jane Weldin was born Oct 1, 1829 in New Castle, Delaware. She was the daughter of William Weldin and Sarah Stern. [1]
Rebecca remained single during her life.
In 1870 she lived with her father and two siblings in Brandywine, New Castle, Delaware. [2]
