Also, his wife's name was Hannah Cloyes, and nobody seems to know that, even though it is obvious and there are several Cloyes living in an around Massachusetts.[4]

So where does the notion that she was a Close or Cloyes come from? The source cited here under last name controversy doesn't mention the surname. Neither does the old Genealogy or Anderson or Mahler in 2010. Certainly we are not believing Find a grave. If no one has a valid source, her name should be changed to Unknown. Objections?
