Biography

Bella was born about 1840 in Lithuania. She was the daughter of David Stern and Fannie Cohen.^[1]

In July 1888, she resided in Kaunas, Lithuania.^[2]

In September 1889, she emigrated from Lithuania to New York with her daughter, Sarah, and a two-year-old female child named Dobre Gutman.^[3][4]

In 1900, she resided in New York.^[5]

She passed away on September 8, 1910 in New York.
