Annie was born March 25, 1873 in Mitchell Square, Oro Township, Simcoe county, Ontario.

She married David Robert Scott on September 27, 1894 in Oro Township, Simcoe county. He was 27 years old and his parents were Robert Scott and Nellie was 21 years old and her parents were William Henry and Margaret Ewan Rouse.^[1]

Annie died at the age of 75 on April 15, 1948 in Vancouver British Columbia. Her parents were listed as William Rouse and Margaret Slessor.^[2]
