Elizabeth O'Toole was born in Quebec in March of 1852 to John O'Toole and Mary Ann Muldoon (1827-1880). She married Georges Proulx in Ste-Cécile-de-Masham, Québec on June 16, 1873 and they had a large family. Elizabeth died in Ste-Cécile-de-Masham on September 24, 1924.
