Biography

Mandy Moore was born in McNairy County, Tennessee, the daughter of Laney Moore and Mary A. Tull. She is living with both of her parents in the 1860 census in the 2nd district of McNairy County, Tennessee. ^[1][2]

Her father, Laney Moore, died in the General USA Hospital, Helena, Arkansas during the Civil War while in Service to the Sixth Tennessee Cavalry, USA. She is living with her mother and siblings in 1870 in McNairy County, Tennessee. ^[3]

Mandy and John Robinson raised her granddaughter, Ottie Jewel Moore after Ottie's father died and her mother disappeared.
