When Donna Vera Mizer was born on 19 July 1941, in Knox, Ohio, United States, her father, Virgil Jay Miser, was 40 and her mother, Martha Fern Chase, was 21. She lived in Butler Township, Knox, Ohio, United States in 1950. She died on 29 January 2015, in Saint Louisville, Licking, Ohio, United States, at the age of 73, and was buried in Evans Cemetery, Saint Louisville, Licking, Ohio, United States.

Donna passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Flintridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 19, 1941 in Knox County to the late Virgil and Martha (Chase) Mizer.

Donna worked at Goodwill and was a rag cutter with Bowers Wiping Cloth where she worked 46 years and retired December 31, 2013. Although, Donna was visually impaired that never held her back. She was a graduate of the Columbus School for the Blind and a member of the Apostolic Resting Place Church on Hollander Street.

She is survived by three brothers, Miland Mizer, John Mizer and George Mizer; brothers and sisters-in-law, Cary and Sue Bowers and Mike and Judy Bowers; former husband, Don Bowers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
