Biography
When Lucy E. Mitchell was born on May 20, 1844, in Blount, Tennessee, her father, Allen, was 32, and her mother, Eliza, was 20. She married William Alexander Belue on January 8, 1873. They had seven children in 24 years. She died on July 2, 1926, in Rogersville, Alabama, at the age of 82, and was buried in Anderson, Alabama.
