Amy was born in 1868. Her birth was registered in Leighton Buzzard. [1]
George Edward Brydges and Amy Harris married on 5 February 1899 in Paddington. [2] George was a Gentleman, as was his father Edward Thomas. Amy's father George Smith Delaval Harris (deceased) had been an MD. [3]

Research Note
Birth: the registration district of Leighton Buzzard covers Amy's stated birth town of Linslade. There is no matching birth record on GRO Index but there is a record with exactly the same birth details (including volume and page numbers) except the registration office which is Woburn Union. If this is the same record (but with the location mistranscribed by GRO) then her mother' maiden name is Johnstone. [5]
I've found no census records showing Amy living at home with her parents.
