Thomas J Harris was born on 12 Dec 1820 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, United States, son of Joseph Harris (~1763 - 1840) and Rebecca (Kelton) Harris (~1797 - 1839).
Thomas married Susan Jane Curtis (1823 - 1906) on 28 Oct 1851 in Swanville, Waldo, Maine, United States. Their daughter was Minnie Jane (Harris) Lane (~1862 - 1928).
Thomas died on 25 Jun 1897 in Greenbush, Penobscot, Maine aged 76.
