Biography
From Census records Elvira Docia Halsey was born in about 1825. She married Eli Wyatt and they settled first in Ashe County, North Carolina [1] and then in Piney Creek, Alleghany County, North Carolina. [2][3][4]
Eli and Docia had eight known children.
