William, son of William Geary & Charlotte Geary, was baptised on 14 December 1828 in Sutton in Ashfield, St. Mary Magdalene, Nottinghamshire, England.[1]
- Married Anna or Hannah Nuttall in 1851.
- Burial record at the Portobello cemetery says that William was born in England but died in NZ and was living in NZ for 45 years. So he must have arrived in NZ around 1856.
