Biography

Ann Clark was born 20 July 1858 at Modewarre, Colony of Victoria, where her father was a Innkeeper. She was the daughter of Peter Clark and Frances Linn^[1].^[2].

On 7 April 1878, in the Colony of Queensland, Australia, Annie Clarke married John Alexander McLaughlin^[3].

Annie and John have been identified as having six children: Peter McLaughlin, Fanny McLoughlin, Annie McLaughlin, John Alexander McLoughlin, Charles Henry McLoughlan and Lucy May McLoughlin.

Annie's husband John Alexander McLaughlan died on 17 June 1904 In Queensland, Australia^[4].

Annie McLoughlin died at Tweed Heads, New South Wales, Australia^[5] on 18 March 1952 and was buried at the Mount Thompson Memorial Gardens, Holland Park, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia^[6].
