Ella Choate was born on July 25, 1866 in Bee, Texas, United States, daughter of James Monroe Choate (1840–1908) and Zerilda Elvira Choate (1842–1910).^[1]

Ella married David Joseph Bradley (born in 1855 in Texas). Their son was Daniel James Bradley (1883–1984).

Ella died on March 11, 1959 in Burnet, Burnet, Texas, aged 92.^{[2] [1]}
