Abraham Choate was baptized Mar 24, 1731/32[1][2] in Ipswich, Essex, Province of Massachusetts Bay, son of Francis Choate (1701–1777) and Hannah Perkins (1708–1778).
Abraham married Sarah Potter on Feb 8, 1755[3] in Ipswich, Massachusetts. Their known children were:
Portions of Ballstown Plantation became Jefferson in 1807 and the remainder Whitefield in 1809. Abraham appears to have lived in the part that became Whitefield.
