Caroline Cade is a part of US Black heritage.
Caroline Cade lived in Marengo Co, AL in 1853. She was a slave and lived at the the Post Oak Plantation of Adolphus S. Cade. When Adolphus died in 1853 she was listed on the probate inventory.[1]
There was a division of slaves in Dec 1856 and Caroline was in the lot sent to Emma L. Cade, the daughter of Adolphus Cade.[2]
