Seneca was born in 1796. He passed away in 1883.
Seneca married Betsy B. Pendleton in 1819 - parents of S. Lovater, Charlotte M., Nancy M., Jonathan (1825-1825), a second Jonathan, Charles Hansen, Jacob Sylvester, Edwin Evander, Samuel N., Joanna Carpenter, Caroline and Seneca Allyn.
