Biography
Alexander Williams is the 8th Child of Jeremiah Williams.
He served in the War of 1812 in the VA Militia as a Private.
Alexander Williams died before Jan 1 1815 in a barracks at Norfolk, from illness or disease.
His wife Lisha White filed for Widow's Pension on her husbands death, where she writes her current age and the age of her children. She is also mentioned in the Will of Jeremiah Williams as Alexander's widow and beneficiary of his share.
