Sarah married Wormley Bland about 1790 in South Carolina. They had five children: Turner, William, Elza, Margaret, and Eliza.
Sarah second married Jeremiah Mobley about 1801 in South Carolina. They were the parents of six children: William, Jeremiah, Sarah Ann, Harriett, Mary, and John T. Mobley.
She died on September 6, 1847, in Edgefield, South Carolina, at the age of 75, and was buried at the Mobley Family Cemetery, Mobleys Crossroads, Saluda County, South Carolina.
