William Talton Turner was born 13 Sep 1898. He died 12 Sep 1923 (aged 24) and was buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, USA.^[1]

He was the son of Minnie Turner, the daughter, and only child, of Andrew J. Turner and Mary Susan Haverson Parham Turner.

Minnie married Charles Redden May 30, 1904 in Hickman County, TN. Minnie had one son, William Talton Turner (father unknown, last name same as her maiden) prior to her marriage to Charles. She and Charles had one daughter, Eva Lee Redden who married J.r. Gunn.

William married twice. First to Rosie Bates on 12 Sep 1917 in Humphreys, Tennessee, United States.^[2] Rosie died in 1919, two years after their marriage.

In 1920 William, aka "Talton", a widower is living in Civil District 5, Hickman, Tennessee, United States in the household of his father Charley Redden, 46 and mother Minnie, 44.

William married again on 10 Feb 1923 to Cleo Logan Mangrum, daughter of John Milton Logan and Sarah Ann Fowler in Davidson, Tennessee, United States. ^[3]

William and Cleo had one known child: William Talton Turner (1924-1965)
