Biography
When Richard William Turner was born on March 7, 1890, in Essex, England, his father, Richard, was 30 and his mother, Alice, was 29. He married Velma Beatrice Paisley in April 1917. They had four children during their marriage. He died in September 1963 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, at the age of 73, and was buried there.
