Emma Slocomb was born in Ovens, Nova Scotia (then a gold mining area, now a national park in the Lunenburg region) in 1865, the daughter of John Slocumbe and Catherine Creaser. Emma and Charles Miller married in Norwood, Massachusetts in 1902. Emma Slocomb Miller died in Massachusetts.
