Elizabeth Nix Taylor was the daughter of Ambrose and Hannah Nix, and the brother of John Nix. Elizabeth was married to Isaac Taylor about 1791, and they had the following children: Susanna Allen, Sally Reeves Judy Peters, John Taylor, Thomas Taylor, Hannah Nix Barnett Barnett, Ambrose Taylor, Margaret Vanmeter Love Judy. Elizabeth died not long before Isaac remarried in 1826.
