Biography
Frederick was born in 1919. He was the son of Clarence Ray Kring (1901-1984) and Elizabeth M. Stevens (1903-1975).
He served in the US Army in WWII.
He married Hilda Adam in 1946.
He received his BS from Millersville University, his master's and doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.
He was a professor of psychology at Grove City College for 29 years, and served 15 years as dean of students.
He passed away in 1996. He is buried in Grandview Cemetery in Southmont, Cambria, PA.
