Thomas Brian King was born on March 29, 1938.
Thomas died on April 25, 1978 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, aged 40.[1]
Enlistment: January 4, 1971 Cst. King dreamed of becoming a member of the Force. He initially joined as a civilian member radio operator and then became a Special Constable. When the Force accepted married men, he became a regular member. Cst. King is remembered as being a true gentleman who was honest, ethical, and always willing to go out of his way to help others. Cst. King was married to Marie and they had a son and two daughters. Cst. King is buried at Depot. A community hall in Warman, SK was renamed the Brian King Centre in his honour. Cst. King’s daughter, Lori, joined the Force in 1989. Commemorated on Page 156 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Honour Roll Book.
