Timothy was born either in New Jersey or in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe, Pennsylvania in 1877 to Timothy Jayne and Sarah Allen. At some point, Timothy travels west to Derry, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania and marries Isabella Trimble around 1802.
He is found living in Derry, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania in the 1810[1], 1820[2], 1830[3], 1840[4], and working as a farmer in 1850[5].
Timothy passes away in 1851 in Derry, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania[6]. He is buried at Loyalhanna Baptist Cemetery in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania[7].
