Her father, John Mordecai Green, died on 4 November 1879 in Pickaway County, Ohio.

Residence in 1880 was in Scioto township of Pickaway county in Ohio.[6]

Her daughter, Minnie, was married to William Hoover on 20 September 1896 in Pickaway County, Ohio.

Residence in 1900 was in Commercial Point village, Scioto township of Pickaway County in Ohio.[7]

Her daughter, Emma Delsa, was married to Joseph E Goehenour on 22 November 1900 in Pickaway County, Ohio.

Her son, John, was married to Mary I Townsend on 10 June 1902.

Her mother, Mary Conrad Green, died on 12 January 1905 in Berne township of Fairfield County, Ohio. Her son, John I Tipton, died on 3 March 1905 in Columbus.

Residence in 1910 was in Hamilton, Franklin County in Ohio.[8]

Residence in 1920 was in Hamilton, Franklin County in Ohio.[9]

Her daughter, Augusta Pearl, was married to John Allen Harlow on 26 April 1923 in Franklin County, Ohio.

Her husband, James Polk Tipton, died on 3 April 1927 in Hamilton township of Franklin County in Ohio. Her daughter, Emma Delsa Tipton Goehenour, died on 2 August 1927 in Hamilton township of Franklin County, Ohio.

Sarah Jane Green Tipton died on 15 August 1932 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio. Her burial was in the Fernwood Cemetery in Lockbourne, Franklin County, Ohio.[11][12]
