Thanks Katie ! The death place in info was Kinston (Kinston Hospital), but he lived in Snow Hill, NC, and I thought miss-leading. I see where this is often the case with others so assume this is protocol, and guess other records can be found for current or last residence/address.

Am new at this, but have seen enough to see confusion when older ancestors are researched and it gives one City, County, State listed for death when the subject’s residence is in another 🙄. ❤️💫. WDG

Thanks for writing. I apologize for my delay in replying.

You are the profile manager and you can have the final say as long as it complies with WIkitree guidelines.. I would suggest if you chose to list the last place of residence in the place of death field that you make a note in the biography area so others don't "correct" it. Your comments did remind me that I might want to make some comments on my father's profile. He enjoyed telling people he lived in Seattle for over 90 years. However, when his health greatly declined during the COVID lock downs, the best solution was to live with his son who lived on the other side of the state. He only lived there 10 days, but that is the place of death on the official records. I should make a note in his profile that he was loyal to his hometown. Thanks for your comments and for your additions to Wikitree!

Hertyl and Spertyl Slowsky Tortoises face each other, with a large gold winner's tro-phy between them. I have to admit I had an incident related to the event that kept me off the site for a while. A fellow integrator accused me of cheating . Really? What possible motive could I have? Not like we get money for this.
