Catherine Després was born on 22 Aug 1883 and baptized on 30 Aug 1883 in Cocagne, New Brunswick, the daughter of César Després and Sarah Sherry ("Cherry" in the baptism record).[1] Her godparents were Philippe Després and Marcelline Després.
