Coordination is essential for pre-1700 ancestors because they are shared by many descendants, so project participation is strongly encouraged. I'm here to help you find a project related to your current research focus.
Think about the particular time periods, locations, and topics in which you are interested. Do you have historically-significant ancestors? The list of active projects may give you some ideas.
If you see one that is just right, go ahead and join. Otherwise, let me know what you are looking for and I will see what I can find.

Thank you for joining WikiTree. I'm a WikiTree Mentor available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may have.
How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point, and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.
Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me via my profile page.
I'm glad you found us. To become a full member (aka Wiki Genealogist), youll need to sign the Honor Code. For a list of helpful links, click my name and check out the "Greeter" section-especially the Sources links and the link to my fellow greeter Debby, who has helpful information on her profile page also.
If you get stuck on anything and can't find an answer in WikiTree Help or How to Use WikiTree, you can post to G2G or give me a holler.
Thank you for joining our collaborative tree! Remember that our mission is to build a global tree with just one profile per person, so please look for duplicates before adding a profile.
Hi again, I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process that you might find helpful. Also, about 'Importing a GEDCOM' Because WikiTree has only one profile for each person, the further back you go in your ancestry, the more likely cousins will find you and help out.
Congratulations on being Pre-1700 certified!
