Elizabeth (Wilson) White MBE was born in Victoria, Australia
Elizabeth Ogilvie Wilson was born at Flemington, Victoria on the 16th of December 1907. She was the daughter of Richard Wilson and Annie Ogilvie.[1][2]
She married librarian Harold Leslie White at Queen’s College, Carlton, Victoria, on the 18th of October 1930. At that time she was working as a teacher.[3][4] They had four children: David, Judith, John, and Katharine.[2]
Elizabeth White was dedicated to public service, and in 1962 received an MBE for services to the elderly.[5][2]
She passed away in Canberra on the 18th of June, 1988.[2]

Kathleen, I think VicBDM record is 3322/1908. Run a Birth Index search with the following parameters (a) surname = WILSON, (b) mother's maiden name = Og* and mother's first name = Ann*. I get 10 records returned, the fifth of which is Elizabeth. Can't find a birth notice on Trove for her.
