Nicolas was born say 1556 based upon a possible marriage in 1581. It is important to note that there are several men named Nicholas Williamson in the parish records of Wilmslow and Prestbury and which records pertain to which man requires considerable additional research.
Possibly the Nicholas Williamson who married Ales Dentone 10 Jun 1581 at Prestbury, Cheshire (about six miles from Wilmslow).[1]
Nicholas was buried 6 Jun 1621 (one version of the register reads 1620) at Wilmslow, Cheshire, England.[2]
The Will of a Nicholas Williamson who resided at Fulshaw which is one mile south of Wilmslow survives.[3]

They have him listed as the son of Nicholas Williamson and Ann (Clere) Williamson.
Though I agree we should gather some better sources before adding any parents. I do think they are all part of a larger Williamson family whose descendants kept marrying each other.
