Biography

Hannah Ward was born Nov 14, 1897 to John Ward and Polly (Davidson) Ward in Pelham, Massachusetts. ^[1]

On November 19, 1829, Hannah and Abel Brown filed their Intention to Marry (the Banns) in Pelham ^[2], and were married on December 17 in that town. ^[3]

Hannah and Abel lived in Belchertown, Massachusetts, where they raised 10 children.^{[4] [5]}

She died on October 4, 1877 in Amherst, Massachusetts at the age of 69 ^[6] and is buried in the Knight's Corner Burial Ground in Pelham. ^[7]
