Hi,

I sent you a check-in message several days ago about the 1776 Project to ask you about your past and continued involvement but have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the project?

If I don’t hear from you in a week or so, I’ll assume that you’ve moved on to other things, but you’re most welcome to re-join the project at any time.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Best wishes,

Betty -- 1776 Project Leader

I am so sorry Betty. I have not had time to dedicate myself to the project My husband suffered a blood clot on his brain that caused a stroke and right now most of my time is taking care of him. I do apologize for the lack of communication. Maybe at a later time I can resume this much loved part of my life that is history and genealogy. Again many apologies. Deanna Tucker-6824

Deanna, I am so sorry to hear of your husband's misfortune. Caregiving can be a full-time job, and hard on both of you! In the hope that your situation improves, I want you to remain a project member. Perhaps a different focus would be helpful to you.

Very best wishes,

Betty

Hi, Deanna!

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.

Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.
