June Trudy Taylor was born on Jun 29, 1930 in Smithers, British Columbia, Canada, daughter of Frank Taylor and Gertrude Reno June's father Frank owned and founded the Richfield Topley mining group in Topley British Columbia Canada (~1905–~1980).

Grandfather Frank H. Taylor, owner/founder of the Richfield Topley Mines. June's father Frank Taylor passed away in the early 1930's when June was very young.

the couple had four children. Ruth , Carol, Ann & 9 years later had one son Michael. In 1983 sold their family home on Stockton cres. Abbotsford. June Bruce & son Michael resided in the remote community of Port Hardy BC from 1983 to 1986.

June, Bruce and son Michael returned to Abbotsford. Husband Bruce passed away on 29-January-2015. Almost 1 year later on the anniversary of her husband's memorial June passed away on 26-Feb-2016 in Chilliwack, British Columbia, aged 85.
