Biography
Melissa Ann Talbott, born 13 Apr 1832 @ Cazenovia, New York, was a daughter of Lorenzo and Catherine Minerva (Nichols) Talbott.
She married 4 Nov 1847 in Erie County, Pennsylvania, Obed Gool Alvord. They had 6 children, born in Mentor, Ohio [1]:

- Lorenzo Talbott Alvord (21 Dec 1849 - 20 Sep 1850)

Melissa Ann (Talbott) Alvord died in 1922, in Idaho Accounts differ on whether she died at American Falls (per the Alvord genealogy) or at Rockland [2]. Her grave is in Falls View Cemetery, American Falls, Power County, Idaho, USA [3].
