Possible Causes
- Named inline references is not actually defined.
- Sometimes the definition was inadvertently removed in a change where a contributor wished to remove a block of text and ended up removing the definition of a reference used elsewhere but that was defined within the block. You can view the profile's change history to see if the reference definition may be found in there.
Action Steps
- Correct the reference by providing a definition. You should be familiar with named inline references, to tackle these errors.

As it is, its generating too many false reports
