Biography
Sarah Ann Day was the daughter of Henry Day, a Saddler. In the 1851 census Sarah (age 19) was the daughter of Hary (sic) Day in Bristol St Mary Redcliffe, Gloucestershire, England.[1]
When Sarah was about 21 she married John Legg on 25 December 1856 in Portland Square, St Paul, Bristol, England.[2]
The couple had 2 children: Annie Louisa Legg and Emily Florence Legg. Reference: 3002[3]
In the 1861 census Sarah (age 30) was the wife of John Legg in Bristol St Philip and St Jacob, Gloucestershire, England.[4]
Sarah died at the age of about 55 in June 1890 in Bristol, Gloucester, England.[3]
