Mary ROYAL or ROYALE was born on 24 Oct 1692 in Scotland.

Oral family history relates that when she was young, she was kidnapped from Scotland, brought to America and sold as a servant to Caleb Pusey. When her term of servitude was finished, she married by 1705 to William Coale (Coles) and they had at least 2 children. She became a Quaker. Her parentage is unknown. Her second marriage was on 12 Mar 1711 in Marcus Hook, Chester County, Pennsylvania to Jeremiah Brown [1] and their children included ...

The death date listed on this profile is actually that of Jeremiah's second wife, who was also name Mary.

It seems unlikely that Mary lived to 1769 because Jeremiah Brown remarried in 1749.

Royal Royall Royle-1 and Royal-26 are not ready to be merged because: There is conflicting info. on birthdate and death date and place. I tried to include more source info. today without success, but will try again.

Royale-3 and Royal-26 appear to represent the same person because: They are both the mother of Patience Brown (just merged). I don't whether Royale or Royal is more appropriate, but I set the merge for Royale to be merged into Royal. Please reverse the merge if the last name at birth of Royale should be retained instead.
