Biography
Joseph was born in 1936, the son of Thomas and Angelina (Angelico) Riall.
He married Esther Collins on 29 JAN 1955 in Gales Ferry, Connecticut.[1]
They had two sons and one daughter.
Babe was the owner of Babe's Café on Boswell Avenue in Norwich, Connecticut. He also was employed by the City of Norwich Department of Public Works and was a member of the former Norwich Lodge of Elks.
He passed away in 2010.[2]
