Biography
Jack Randal is a part of US Black heritage.
Jack Randal was born before 1831, based on his enslaver's inventory probated in 1855. Since he was married with 4 children, his year of birth was listed as "before 1831."
Jack, his wife and 4 children, were slaves of Noah L Thompson (abt.1811-abt.1854) in Leon County, Florida. They were listed on his probate inventory on 3 Feb 1855 as being valued at $3500.[1]
When William Davis died, his probated inventory included the slaves who previously belonged to Noah Thompson. They were listed on April 6, 1855 in Davis' probate record.[2]
