Biography

Robert Lee Page was born in August 1885 to William Page and Charity Lawrence. Rob was only 8 years old when his father was killed. He farmed in the Short Creek Community and he managed the Buchanan County Farm south of St. Joseph, Mo. for a while.

When he went to work for Blair's Mill in Atchison, KS. Robert and his family moved there in the late 40's, residing there until their deaths. Both Rob and Hallie were active in the Christian Church and Hallie did a great deal of work in the Senior Citizen's Club in Atchison. Rob died in 1957 and Hallie in 1980.
