Biography

Charles was born in 1886. He was the son of Robert Miller and Margaret Wilson.

Charles married Ruth C Coleman in 1920. The had three children. Margaret Marie Miller, Ruth Alberta Miller, and John D. Riley.

He died in 1916. He was murdered during Pancho Villa's raid on Columbus, New Mexico. He was the 1st elected Worshipful Master of Tularosa Lodge # 49. The Lodge was chartered on October 13,1915.
