Elizabeth Ann Meakin was born in 1889 in Sutton, St Helens, Lancashire; she was the daughter of Alfred Meakin and Elizabeth Ann (Makin) Meakin.
By April 5th 1891, they were living at 7 Carlile Street, Widnes, Lancashire; Elizabeth's father was a (railway) breaksman. [1]
By March 31st 1901, Elizabeth's parents were living in Peckers Hill Road, St Helens; her father was a railway goods guard. [2] Elizabeth herself was in the household of her uncle Peter Speed in Cow Gap Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire on census night. [3]
Elizabeth A Meakin married Harold Nuttall in 1911 and their marriage was registered in Bolton, Lancashire, England. Elizabeth died aged 28 yrs eight months after losing her 3rd child Sylvia May a baby of 6mths. I think there was another pregnancy in between Edith and the baby who died. Only married for 5 yrs before she died.
