Biography

I'm kind of new to things, but I've done 23 and me fairly recently and Family Tree DNA years ago. https://www.familytreedna.com/public/McAnallySurnameY-DNAProject/default.aspx?section=results has some good info on McAnally family genetic testing. DNA confirms that despite some murky spots in my line (there is very little known about Littleberry and less about his son Archebald) I am related to other folks who trace their lineage through a different route to the original Charles McAnally from Scotland.

Hello Again,

You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week now so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions?

I want to help! Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page or send me a private message. Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.

Cindy ~ WikiTree Messenger

PS To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to this link. RootsSearch. There are 24 different websites available and most are free. Give it a try!

You are now confirmed! :) Hope you enjoy this site as much as I do as it is a lot of fun and there are tons of great people collaborating. Especially fun connecting to the BIG tree and finding fellow WikiTreers as cousins! ;)

Check out our New Member How-To pages to get started! :)

Charlotte ~ WikiGreeter

PS. How did you get into genealogy? :) I became interested in Middle School but didn't follow up on it until after I got married. :)

P.S.S. If you ever get a "Page Not Found" error when you click a link in a WikiTree email, you can usually find a functioning link in the public comments section of your profile page.
