Biography

Odin was born in 1895. He was the son of Ole Martin Johnson and Malla Vigesaa. He moved from Granite Falls to Brandsvold Township and then to Dudley Township in 1917. He served in World War I, where he was injured in conflict. Upon returning to Leonard, he bought the 160-acre John Stenlund farm at the SW 1/4 of Section 33 of Sinclair Township. He married Emma Charlotte Moen on October 26, 1923. He spent many years farming in Sinclair Township, eventually selling his farm to his son Kermit and moving to Clearbrook. He passed away in 1988.
